Sell Your House Fast in Any Situation

We Buy Houses Nationwide

“I would recommend their service to anyone looking to sell (or buy) fast and not take a bath by going through your traditional realtor.”

“My home wasn’t distressed but I had to move with the next 60 days due to a new job out of state…when looking for an alternative approach to selling it was important to find someone who could handle the whole package; make ready, marketing, an open house, legal issues, and property management as needed. Autumn and David were able to do that and I can rest easy until my tenant-buyers go to final close. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to sell (or buy) fast and not take a bath by going through your traditional realtor.”

Meet Our Team

David

Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, David has been working as a carpenter for about 20 years. In 2015, he made his way to Washington, USA, where he started taking classes in real estate investing, accomplishing a long-held dream.

It started slowly by renovating a few houses as a part-time job but grew out to be a full-time opportunity when he partnered with Blake, a well-seasoned realtor and investor in WA. David has received his real estate license to offer more options to home sellers, and he’s on his way to getting his home inspection license as well.

David loves marketing and finding ideas to serve our clients with a great experience. Deciding to sell your home is a crucial yet stressful decision. Meet David: he is always smiling, relaxed but professional, and takes pleasure in serving our clients.

When you meet David, he will take care of the little details during the selling process. He likes to build great relationships with his clientele to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

When he is not working, David enjoys the outdoors, travels, running; he is training for an ultra marathon. Also, he loves to share his knowledge and experience with the community. David went twice in Haiti on missionary trips as a carpenter to help the community do some construction and miscellaneous tasks. He is looking forward to the next trip and seeing how we can share our gifts and skills with other people.

Tish

Tish became an investor when she became a mom. After a career in restaurant hospitality, she had the realization that a lifestyle change needed to happen. Tish decided to move from her loft in Seattle, back to her family home in Lakewood, the first house she ever lived in. Something about selling the only piece of real estate she’s ever owned seemed devastating. Perhaps because she comes from hoarder parents. Either way, she decided to rent the unit out in hopes that one day, it could pay for Little Logan’s college.

The hours in restaurants were too many away from Little Logan. What once was all she ever wanted to do became more and more like the 9-5 she avoided her whole working life. Something had to change. The pivot into real estate became more real.

Tish got her license, but the itch for growing wealth and freedom to have time for her son became more apparent. After binging Bigger Pockets podcasts and networking, she finally found her home at Key Calm. Tish is thrilled to be able to take care of her son while helping others.
